Jacksons are looking for a commercial solicitor to joint their bust Corporate and Commercial team.

Jacksons' team has a range of direct personal experience of working in-house in industry and management positions, offering advice on complex corporate and commercial legal issues. The firm's clients are diverse and range from e-commerce, engineering, IT, logistics and manufacturing to professional services, property and development and retail.

The teams’ approach is to spend time with their clients, listening to what they have to say, learning how their business works and what is important to them, and what they are looking to achieve. As a result of this, Jacksons aims to identify and implement the most appropriate and cost effective strategies and structures for the clients.

You will be required to assist clients with non-transactional business advice to cover:

  • Terms and conditions
  • Commercial contract reviews
  • Contractual joint ventures
  • Website terms and conditions, privacy policies, cookie policies
  • Data protection
  • Distribution and agency contracts
  • E-commerce
  • Franchising
  • Intellectual property protection and exploitation

In addition you will:

  • Take an active role in business development.
  • Attend networking events.
  • Promote the firm via social media.
  • Ensure the highest standard of legal advice and client care.
