The joint position paper summarises the key priorities and recommendations for the government to consider in relation to Intellectual Property and Brexit. It has been shared with various government departments including the Ministry of Justice, the Department for Exiting the European Union, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and the UK Intellectual Property Office.
