Seminar Overview

In this seminar, Patrick Goodings and Kate Fenwick will be considering the latest developments in Family Law. In particular, the discussions will focus on Child Care proceedings following Re N, Section 20 agreements, and Human Rights in relation to Family Law.

Suitable For

This seminar will be suitable for Family Law practitioners who wish to update and develop their knowledge of the law. It will be at a level which will appeal to experienced solicitors, newly qualified and trainees alike, and will cover parts of sections 6, 7, 11 and 13 of the Statement of Legal Knowledge.

Speakers

Patrick Goodings

Patrick joined Trinity Chambers in October 2016 after a number of years practicing from a leading Family Law set on the Western Circuit. Patrick practices exclusively in Family Law, with a strong emphasis on public law children.

Kate Fenwick

Kate practises exclusively in the field of family law. Having previously been a tenant at a leading family law Chambers on the Western Circuit, Kate has gained extensive exposure to all aspects of children work, including private and public law cases.

The fees for this seminar are as follows: Members* £20; Non-members £30; Trainees** £10; Students free.
