Employment Law Update

NB: This seminar has been postponed until the new year.

This seminar covering recent updates in Employment Law will focus on whistleblowing case law and harassment in the workplace, and will be presented by Claire Millns and Paul Sangha of Parklane Plowden Chambers.

The seminar takes place on Tuesday 19 November, 5pm to 7pm (registration from 4.45pm), and is being held at the offices of Jacksons Law, 17 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TU (view on Google Maps).


Claire Millns
Claire Millns is a specialist personal injury and employment practitioner with over 16 years’ experience. She represents both Claimants and Respondents in all aspects of employment law and has particular expertise in employment issues arising out of healthcare and education. Claire acts for local authorities, NHS Trusts, large commercial employers as well as various trade unions and their members.

Paul Sangha
Paul Sangha was called to the Bar in 2012 and specialises in employment and personal injury law. Before coming to the Bar, Paul gained 3 valuable years experience through working as an assistant at a solicitors’ firm in the practice areas of Employment and Clinical Negligence. His practice involves all aspects of employment law and he frequently appears in Tribunal on multi day cases.
