In this seminar, James Kemp will will be considering many aspects of Contentious Probate.
This seminar will be suitable for private client and contentious probate practitioners who wish to update and develop their knowledge of procedural and tactical issues. It will be at a level which will appeal to experienced solicitors, newly qualified and trainees alike, and will cover parts of sections 2,3 and 13 of the Statement of Legal Knowledge.
James was called to the Bar in 1999. Although litigating and advising across the broad spectrum of chancery based issues, James has particular experience in the area of Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates. In addition to the relevant courts, James has appeared in the Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal and also represents clients at arbitrations and mediations. James is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
